Today we did a flower dissection. The flowers we use were a pink liliy with a wonderful scent that attrect bees and insects.

Today first of all we got all our equiptment for the dissection.

Next we pulled of all the petals and the anthers off because they were of no use to us in this dssection

Then we cut down the middle of the stigma, after we cut down the stigma we could see that the stigma was a tube going down to the ovary where you could see the tiny little eggs that it producted.
